Specifying a dialect for non-token rules

Hi, we’ve been able to add a dialect pseudo-prop for tokens.

But is there any way to specify a dialect for non-token rules? Or would you suggest any alternatives to allow certain non-token rules according to the dialect, for increasing modularity?
