Is there an addon or setting that would automatically properly indent HTML? I would think it would already exist, but I haven’t found any way to do it yet.
Not inside CodeMirror, but I’m sure such things exists as libraries that simply work on strings.
Thats disappointing and surprising. It seems like it should be standard for something like this that is made for code. Seems like it even existed a bit before it was depreciated. I found js-beautify, but it doesnt seem straightforward to use.
Eh, no worries. I ended up just using the old version of codemirror that included autoformatrange. No idea why it was removed as it was a very useful feature.
