I was wondering if anyone is working on a BNF to Lezer grammar format converter? And if it makes sense at all really.

I’m not aware of any such thing. Lezer’s notation is pretty close to BNF, but there’s probably going to be a bunch of things you’d need to manually adjust (rule name capitalization, ambiguity markers). Still, I guess a tool like this could save time when converting big grammars by taking care of the boring syntax adjustment.
