Code Cololouring Opening PHP Tag

This is a minor irritant more than anything but curious why the cm-m-clike class doesn’t colour the opening <?php tag,

I’m working around it by setting cm-meta class to the same colour which is also colours doctype too though.

Changing this isn’t trivial, and in principle, the PHP syntax starts only after the <?php marker, which is an XML processing instruction.
