Comparison with ace editor

Hi,
i saw that AWX moved from CodeMirror to ACE, as one can see in AceEditor - codemirror replacement by keithjgrant · Pull Request #9281 · ansible/awx · GitHub.
A bad move, and here are the reasons:

• Users can’t go to next field using TAB key after CodeMirror Field type · Issue #8176 · ansible/awx · GitHub
• [ui_next] [ux] when using yaml editing, tabbing into code mirror should go past '---' · Issue #8827 · ansible/awx · GitHub

I suppose it would be interesting to know how CodeMirror can address those to avoid losing ground over ACE.

In case y’all missed it, CodeMirror 6 has been out for years. (Also disabling the Tab key was perfectly possible in version 5 if anyone had done a bit of research.)
