When inputting text in the editor, sometimes a paragraph of text will be deleted and rewritten. At this time, we will select the text. When we long press the mouse to select the text outside the editor, and do not release the mouse selection button, then input the content, and then slide the mouse, the console will always report errors. However, this error did not affect the operation of the editor. If this problem is controllable, I think it should not be serious

Thanks for catching that—the code handled this in theory, but I hadn’t actually tested it, and there was a piece missing. This patch implements it properly.
